CLASSIFICATION: Part Time Hourly
LOCATION: Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport
REPORTS TO: Lottery and Gaming Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: The Lottery and Gaming Office Associate is responsible for assisting the Lottery and Gaming Manager with administrative duties.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review Pull-Tab Daily reports, tickets and prize payouts to ensure accuracy.
- Audit Pull-Tab games to ensure all activity is complete by the 5th of next month.
- Box Pull-Tab games for storage and assist with organizing storage room paying attention to record retention date.
- Assist with organizing Lottery scratch games as well as monthly launch preparation.
- Return games to Minnesota Lottery to meet required return dates.
- Assist with occasional data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Prior experience in lottery and or charitable gaming.
- Mathematical skills and good with numbers and related processes.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, reliable.
- Enjoys working independently.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Starting pay is $19.00 hourly.
- Paid vacation and sick time accrued based on hours worked.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working with numbers and detailed reports.
